The culmination of her work came in the Ridhwan School, home of the Diamond Approach®, where Barbara was certified as a teacher by A.H. Almaas. (The Diamond Approach, developed by A.H. Almaas, a contemporary spiritual teacher, is a spiritual path aimed at maturity, self-understanding, and the love of truth in the context of living an everyday life.)

In addition to her work with private clients and students, Barbara conducts ongoing Evolution of the Soul consultations, workshops, and groups for therapists and parents.
